Microsoft Office 2019 still launches Microsoft Office 365 by accident

Its ironic how Microsoft Office 365 still tries to take over Microsoft Office 2019 when you launch any of the applications like Word, Excel, etc.
The only workaround is once per boot up, launch any of the Microsoft Office 2019 applications as Administrator and it seems to override the Office 365 trying to launch instead.
Weird. I have not had the time lately to re-remedy this problem. Weird.
