Why work when one can steal? why not use a college network to carry out ones deeds?
What are universities doing to monitor and prevent this? Who knows. Who cares. As long as they don't mess with an individuals bank accounts and only goes after businesses who have insurance already to cover their losses. It seems fair game to not only criminals but those wanting to exploit the public via public means.
