Data analysis and programming in Python

In the past 3 years, I had to do some programming and Python was the answer. Yes, I had to put aside my C# and my VB and .Net, and even my JavaScript and do some work in Python. Why? Because it works. Great for prototyping and easy to debug, and one big benefit is the strong library collection for doing heavy lifting of data processing.
I could have used SQL and other forms of data analytics, Python worked for me.
So before you get crazy and say Java or Rust or other forms of programming languages, try out Python.
I used Anaconda and Spyder to get me started. There are other ways to get there.
