Bit the bullet and upgrade my dev data platform from Visual Studio 2019 and MS SQL 2019 both to 2022

Last Sunday, 5/7/2023; I migrated my 3950X developer platform from Microsoft Visual Studio 2019 and Microsoft SQL Server 2019 to the latest version 2022 for both.
It was so much easier this time around. I tried it last year twice it was a massive failure because the upgrade process and bugs were not worked out.
This time around it worked perfectly! Both were developer and community level editions.
