Close store, Clean up the Lab and E-Recycle old stuff

Well, after making it official our retail store is closed as of 5/22/2022 and its my first Saturday Only post, here goes:
1. clean up and re-organize my lab
2. e-recycle the old stuff
3. maybe paint the ceiling or main door something cool
4. wash the windows inside and out
5. maybe take down a few benches and put in a treadmill or elliptical cycle
what else - some follow-ups with clients and friends. get my fitness schedule back into full gear, not just an hour daily, or every other day, now mandatory daily.
Til, next Saturday -- have a great 1st Saturday to everyone and many new good things to come.
Out with the old, in with the new.
