I just read this and love the thinking behind it.

i do the following so much more now that my life has changed for the better, and its because I tell people to focus on the good, and crush the bad and get rid of it. dispose of negative thoughts, and prepare for the future each and every moment, and LIVE HAPPILY IN THE MOMENT. This could be your last day and you don't know it.
