I had to clone a Western Digital 320GB to a Western Digital Blue 250GB SSD and after doing so, it would not boot properly on a Biostar TA78M motherboard. Went through all the partitions and it was non-MBR and still the motherboard would not get to the new clone drive boot volume partition. Weird. I even went through the nuclear boot volume correction procedure and nada. I just had to reload and call it good.
