Moving Day - IT asset relocation - very fast - very challenging

Today was a big day for moving a medical clients office. Started at 8am, finished at 4pm. whew! non-stop.
Here is how it was done:
at the source location:
1. servers and network first
2. main doctor's second
3. billing systems next
4. front desk and staff systems along with VOIP phones next
5. printing and scanning devices lastly
Then, transport to new location and unwind the list above by the numbers.
Between step #3 and #4, bring the new network online and verify connectivity, security, VOIP Phones, wifi, then after #5, printing, scanning, etc.
before the move and through to and at the move at the destination; verify existing and new power load, power protection and power configuration -- is at least equal if not better than the original source location. if one can improve the load capacity for future expansion, do it now, not later while everything is unplugged, exposed and ready when wiring chassis and configuration can be improved while through the move.
the physical security of IT assets, data and information, and all has to be equal or better through the move. verify before, during and after and be quick about it.
