Antivirus and malware protection has not changed much in the last 5 years, at least as far as the name brands are concerned. Whatever you choose, choose wisely. Ask questions, do your homework, and don't get scammed.

Protect yourself at the edge as well as within; use @sonicwall or @cisco edge tools and then within:

1. Microsoft Windows Defender and Security Center

2. Norton

3. McAfee

4. ESET

5. Malwarebytes

6. Sophos

7. CCleaner *

* CCleaner, yes even though not formally an antivirus antimalware product it is a cleanup too used afterwards
