With the growing conflict leading to war between Ukraine and Russia, Cloud Apps across the globe are bristling for onslaught of possible attack and service outages. Already, many of the main applications in the US homeland are struggling and outages are hit and miss.
Be prepared. Have contingency plans, and I have told many of my clients, that their cloud based data should be backed up offline if possible and kept warm if not hot and ready for issues. Do they listen? Nope.
I know when I moved to the cloud in 2018 after a year of testing different providers; I kept a cloud based version hot and running, and warm versions and backups of the entire thing ready for redeployment and replacement of corrupted online versions.
