Investments still flat to down after two years

Most of the financial and other investments in since 2019 are still flat and down since COVID Biden and Ukraine debacles. Not much to do yet wait it out. Now fuel costs are skyrocketing and housing supply crisis.
What else? Just have to continue to invest even in turbulent times to take advantage of really low hanging fruit.
