Analysis tools and products that need strong project management

In the past week, I have had the opportunity to finalize a few products and ship them, as well as, a few tools that were needed to quickly analyze future projects. Amazing how quickly one can get a few things done with project management for both small and large needs.
Remember, project management is not just for the large and enterprise needs; yet for the small and tiny needs. If you can use a methodology perfect on a small need, and scale that successfully to a large need; well, that's a perfect way to see things, live and succeed.
