For the most part, when you have systems in need of upgrades and updates, it can be fun.
1. RAM added from 4GB to 8GB or 16GB
2. SSD installed cloned from HDD
3. VIDEO upgraded
4. OS upgraded, 7 or 10 to 11
5. GGPCTU added for great measure
