Systems design going into 2022 and 2023

Its going to be an interesting 2022 and 2023 for systems designs.
I found that CPU and motherboard choices are going to be good to fair, yet the RAM and GPU choices are still going to be in flux. For RAM, the DDR4 to DDR5 transition should be interesting. The GPU selection should be better.
The rest of the components are going to be standard and straight forward. With more USA based chip manufacturing coming online by 2025 I hope to see better options and hopefully lower prices.
Laptops are still hot and hard to come by. Desktops are quite easy as well, yet the 2nd tier market is definitely warming up. I am finding i7 and i5 sub $100 systems very appealing especially in small footprints.
