PC Parts and Warranty support delays

In the past few months, and just recently, PC parts for displays and now warranty support is lagging; by weeks instead of days.
 
Why the delay? Is it just a lag in the overall issue? Not sure. I do know that we usually get responses from warranty support for laptops in typically 2-3 business days, yet now it is taking weeks.
 
In fact, one follow-up, twice came back and said the warranty support department was under staffed and was not able to research and reply in the normal time frame given in their auto-response. Okay, 2-3 days is now 2-3 weeks. I can accept that yet there is nothing I can do about it.
 
The parts only warranty ships are struggling too, even if they wanted to ship the parts-only, they don't have the parts. In fact, laptop screens that were easily in supply are now 2-3 months out. wow!
