Since 1993, I have had the opportunity collect about 100 billion honey pot records from sources unknown, per se.
The lovely part of the process, who cares. Its like the wanderers and wonderers knocking on your door one million times per second. If your design is right, it will be okay.
For the rest, I find that reverse DNA engineering and attack of the sources is a service best left to our military cyber security organizations who have immunity to do assaults on sources that threaten innocent destinations.
I have the policy and its old and yet it works.
1. Hackers and Ransomware folks - do not hack the innocent - sure the vile and criminals, game on!!
2. Please just leave the rest of us alone - now I agree there are some 'appearing to be' legal law abiding organizations that are doing criminal activities - you a free to go after them. I could name a few organizations and individuals. *sick, shew them away from my presence and company *
3. If you want help, let me know. There is good ethical hacking against the good and bad; where if you want to make money; sure, just do it in the right way.
