Its been a long time since I had to deal with integration cost issues.
Hmmmm.... Integration design configuration is a one time hit. Its not a subscription service.
If I could tell you more, I would, yet all the details are not in.
update: I wonder why public information transport is fee based when it should be handled by the PUC/DOT/FDA if considered a necessary public service. The transport exchange costs should not be intrinsic of a business but a need of the public at large. I wonder if this is an up and coming public health policy debate item or could be put on an agenda for subcommittee hearings. Curious minds like mind at work here.
I suggested and helped NV DETR policy holders consider and adopt the no interest due on $800M owed back to the Federal Government. Mom and Pop just wanted their money back, they did not need the interest to give the kids a loan. The golden rule, remember.
