I just ran five more reports on my business. if I never told
anyone, i have 5 i run. they tell me the health of my company at any
given time.
Running and reading reports..Do you? I do daily, weekly and monthly. These look back and forth 30-60-90, 3-6-9-12 months and 5-10-15 years and one called "ALL"
you should devise some that you have memorized in your heads up dashboard. adjust them if the need arises.
