I have a few clients in the midst of end of year reporting. Remember, do not disturb them. Stand ready and be prepared for a quicker than normal response, ergo, increase your sensitivity and priority to those clients who are doing end of year taxes, reporting, filing, etc.
As a reminder to IT noobs, do not do any IT maintenance or changes during these annual, quarterly, monthly or payroll and filing time frames. If you do, you are screwed. Just make sure backups are running and verified.
