My workload going into the end of the year is actually very steady. Not too much, not too little.
That is a good thing. Gives me time to work on client's immediate needs, then client projects, then my projects, and then home projects. I flip the priority of these things around depending on the day.
What is your end of year like? Christmas is just a few days away, a Saturday, then a week later, New Years, and for most of us business minded folks, wrap up end of year reports, and plan and open up next years plans already outlined and decided, somewhat funded and scoped out.
