Microsoft has finally announced it will succumb to UI/UX improvements based on user feedback.
I was adamant that their shortcomings on UI/UX would cause customers havoc and frustration. We need to keep the good from Windows 7, Windows 10 and convey them to Windows 11. Otherwise there would be huge frustration in the user base.
No matter what. Keep your users as happy as they can be and no matter what, try to keep the vendors who are dishing out so called improvements at bay and really sending good changes, not backward changes.
