Windows and RegShot and one of the secrets to GGPCTU

If you are like me, there are some registry changes that just work. These are the RegShot nuances I wanted to capture and share that just make your UX/UI performance pop and snap in a good way.
here it is - when it comes to a few of the secrets of GGPCTU and what the @gsfcommunity can glean for the betterment of mankind and computing in any and every @Windows profile.
Not to worry, I won't go out of business or style because of sharing this. open source, not yet. still GGPCTU is a good solid utility. I might even get an opportunity to join a great task force to save the planet of computing and share even more of my think tank secrets gained and performed over the last 35 years.
Let's save this planet and the space around it while we reach for another planet or two to occupy and live on.
quick note: the UserPreferencesMask below is one of the sneaky secrets that no one addresses but me, yet maybe they should.

i use regshot in a clean, quiet and stable vm system to snapshot changes when I make a good change. I want a small registry snapshot to examine what was and what is now. use with caution.
