I just read over at ZDNet that the Pentagon has asked the cloud providers for new bids. I see they asked Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS and Oracle. Where is IBM Cloud and Google Cloud? Not invited to the party? hmmm

Interesting. I just want to be fair.
