If you are running Windows 11 in an Oracle Virtual Box VM, then you will have to manually download the Windows 11 drivers for your video card.
Microsoft updates inside the VM won't find any new drivers to match even though you have maxed the VM ram to 256MB and enabled 3D. Just go to the AMD Radeon Graphic support driver download page and find the Windows 11 64 bit driver and voila. Good as gold!
