I have a few clients that just have a one page website, a shingle to hang their business and CoffeeCup Visual Site Designer still is used and just works.
If you have a tool that works, and folks know how to use it, keep it.
The one caveat is the FTP publishing component that only supports FTP protocol. If they ever rejuvenated the product, be sure to at SFTP TLS protocol to the feature requests.
Its okay for now, I just reroute the FTP to a local system IIS ftp anonymous folder and push the contents to that, and then FileZilla the output to the clients website. An easy workaround. The SEO still is good to great, just wish the HTML page baked in doctype was not hard coded and could be fixed in the platform. It's okay. just post publish edit, and all is good.
ps. I have spent nearly $1500 for their products over the last 15 years. Well worth it!!
