When it comes to $14.99 versus $16.99 for Standard versus Professional Adobe Acrobat DC, what's the big difference and big deal.
1. the difference is minor; standard does everything you really need unless you want sign/notarize / workflow.
2. the price difference is $2/month and not a big deal for 2-5 users, yet when you go up in scale like 25 to 100 users, the dollars per month jumps hugely.
3. definitely encourage users on Pro to go to Standard and if they run into an issue, then address it then.
the migration from standard to pro, and pro to standard is rather easy. just subscribe to what you want, edit the user for products assigned, and then chat with support to cancel the unused product licenses (an exception which I wish we did not have to do.)
