What an awesome Monday - access to the OED...
I was going through my research and innovation, ideas, inventions folder and came across my Project Gutenberg notes pages for worldly dictionary updates, thesaurus updates, and encyclopedia updates and found the OED in my list of "to do's" -- so why not.
First thing I noticed, was my copyright free royalty free dictionary database needed a refresh and I was wondering a source, so I checked out the OED help notes and nothing there... yet I needed access to go further, a subscription, so it said login, then student login, and voila, I was in.
My university group account appears, and then I created a personal profile using my student email address, voila, and now fully in. Too bad the CD edition stopped in 2017...
What do I do next? explore for a while and learn more...
