Microsoft Windows 10 and the latest update behaviors

Today was another day of out of band updates, and one can always smile and smirk and notice the GGPCTU application and utility just works... the most critical update was the temp folder security changes and how we deal with them to ensure system optimization and avoid bloat.
* system restore points remain enforced... and useful for the oh shit reboot moments...
* temp folders continue to be plagued with bloat that we fix
* odd and ancient old apps removed keep tasks in place.. terrible app management by vendors...
* startup tasks remain an enigma for some, why so many and so unnecessary
* network stack oddity, bouncing interface on the latest updates...
