Bootstrap and just one missing element causes mobility issues

What is ironic, if you use Bootstrap for your website, and you are cleaning up your code...
 
if you drop a p html tag in front of a paragraph, the css for the .p won't fire properly. oddly, it might seem minor, yet you won't notice, unless you do some testing on the app either in mobility emulator or some test mode.
 
for me, i dropped a few p html tags at the beginning of a few paragraphs and oddly, and as expected, the css bootstrap px sizing and resizing stopped working.
 
add the p html tag back to the front of the paragraph and voila.... minor yet so underrated oversight..
