Windows Cannot Install Required Files 0x8007025D - RAM memory causing Windows 10 reload problems error

So I have this PC, the last of 5 that needs a reload and I keep getting the error message:
 

Windows Cannot Install Required Files 0x8007025D

 
low and behold, its a RAM issue, 1 of 2 G.Skill red 4GB (8GB kit).
 
That was after trying different jump drives (Media Creation Tool) for Windows 10 OS, upgrading the BIOS from 1.6 to 1.9 to deal with RAM compatibility issues (the motherboard is a good one; an MSI B75MA-P45), and a different hard drive and still nothing.
 
So, it was not any of the above, except changed out the RAM to a 8GB G.Skill blue.
 
Well, let's just put things back and see what happens.
