@ Mountain Computers, the year was 2008, and by this time, we had got TV commercials started running on 7-10 stations on Charter Media with an ROI of 8:1 based on a $1,500/month spend. We were growing like weeds.
we had an office manager and migrated to a different set of computer designs and support options with business support growing..
customers were happy. sales were good. returns were zero. complaints were zero.
