Information security again and why systems are getting better yet people are not

In the past two weeks, I have had 3 more people call me and said they were scammed.
Well, their information security stayed in tact yet people are still being gullible to let some unknown caller get your trust to let them into your computer, then say a bunch of fake things that sound and seem legit yet it is not. Phishing and social engineering at the basic and extreme and some folks still do stupid things like that.
Well, the information systems are still pretty secure from the analysis of the logs when I remote in and help them, and once I show them what was reviewed, looked through, etc... alas, then everyone is getting better yet we still have a few holdouts who still can't get it through their head to not let people into your computer for any reason unless you really know them, really know them.
The system is now prone to just correct your mistake and call it a day. You don't have to over explain like in the past. Just say you were hacked and they have a procedure in place to recover and return your information security to same place of good and better protection.
be safe and hang up if you don't know the caller.
