Microsoft Windows 10 20H2 updates removes theme and mouse extra large pointer option

Another weird thing about 20H2 update between something where .Net update, the theme(s) and the mouse pointer option when Extra Large goes back to None. Weird.
1. had to go to personalization and click on the same theme again and put it back in
2. had to go to mouse point option and select from none to extra large standard
Microsoft, odd, you just can't leave things alone can you? Do you now know how many elderly people this has negatively affected? come on! at least the display settings for 150% stayed intact along with the settings to medium/large icons.
