SQL - better know it for all things and know OLE-DB, native raw language connectivity

JavaScript - absolutely for the client side, w/HTML5/CSS3

Python - absolutely for science, fun, graphics, analysis and more...

Microsoft C# - yep, for most things you will need

C++ - yep, if you are needed power and speed
