When you believe you have seen enough architectures, this oldie but goodie is one worth revisiting.
For folks like me, I eat breathe and sleep the ideas that are contained in this very verbose continuum. For decades, so many frameworks have come to light from so man groups, and as long as you have the basics of all frameworks in your toolkit, your knowledge base, your experience and expertise, you will be fine.

For my colleagues in the IT field, I always tell them business drives technology, its like the tail does not wag the dog, meaning technology is not in charge of business. Business is in charge of the situation and technology underpins and supports the vision, mission, and goals.
