Override Windows group policy on screen saver time out

I was working for a new business client, and the existing IT company would not let me change or improve the group policy on screen saver and screen time outs.
The IT company had it set for 1 hour and some of my folks I take care of at the corporation are on the manufacturing and installation floor, and 1 hour is not enough, they need that screen to stay alive untouched for 3-4 hours; they need to see the 60+ inch screen with the autocad and dwg diagrams up for more than an hour without PC input from the keyboard or mouse. I looked at other options on the Internet and this is what I came up with from some creativity on my own...
The trick? I had to setup this little command to bypass the group policy. Only execute it if the group policy gets applied to reset the screen saver time out back to something like 160 hours or so. The -ac applies to the plugged into the AC power versus -dc if running on battery.
When you see the screen saver lock time out is greyed out and controlled by your Administrator, you want to throw the computer out the window. To alleviate your frustration with another IT company not listening, just override their group policy management (if you can). ps. this was owner approved. they were just as frustrated as I was.
Here is the command I put in a .CMD and/or .BAT file.
powercfg -change -monitor-timeout-ac 9600
pause
I issued a pause to the screen to see that it worked, unless one might see access denied and there are ways to work around that, *ahem* by-pass local admin control without being an admin.
