In the past few days, I have had to sharpen my skills on TBM and SCM. Time Motion Studies, metrics and KPIs have been always helpful for me getting my head around fixing operational issues both in tech and manufacturing.
What I love is the challenge, the experience, and the vast amounts of great ideas, innovations and tools we can deploy on a regular basis. It really comes down to having the authority to look at situations and quickly remedy weaknesses and improve processes and tools.
Use your experiences and past projects as your benchmark and guide to improving the present.
I love time motion studies to justify projects and the ROI at hand.
