Have you ever been driving and you are behind someone who is approaching a roundabout and the don't know what to do? they come to a complete stop even though no one is in the round about. i hate to hit the horn, which I don't do. I just patiently wait for them to realize its safe.

 

Countless times I observe drivers not properly behaving come and going through roundabouts, but usually its the driver who is elderly, a new driver, or a distracted driver (smoking or texting).

 

Do department of transportation public relations teams ever produce DIY Learn How To Navigate a roundabout?
