I just had to update GGPCTU today for new compiler options for Windows 10 20H2 and added those, recompiled and rebuilt the installer and code signed each stage, the build EXE, the installer EXE and then voila!
Installation and distribution perfectly accepted by Microsoft Smart Screen support.
Thank you Microsoft and SSL.com to finally allow our digital signing to work without having to resubmit for review.
