AMD 3700X processors the sweet spot

Since January 2020, the AMD 3700X is now the essential sweet spot for AMD new builds. We tested the 2700X 3700X and 3900X and 3950X, and the 3700X is now the quintessential selection of choice.
The price point remained stable so far through all this. Shhhhh.. Don't tell anyone.
Ironically, the Linux and Windows production servers and processing makes us wince a little on the pricing. The sweet spot with AMD Threadripper for video processing, the i7 i9 for additional workloads makes me believe some of the developer platforms will be still good for another 2-3 years depending on AWS and AZURE pricing.
Note: I just did a few Intel builds too, i7-9700K and i7-10700K and those were pretty sweet.
PS. don't forget to encrypt your stuff or keep it offline and off the grid unless absolutely needed.
