RX 580 pricing is ridiculous - should be sub $200

It's now over a year since we saw good video card pricing. Back in late 2019 and early 2020, we saw video card pricing for the RX 570 and RX 580 about $159 to $179 and now it's above $650.
To me, I believe its price gouging. I bought 3 each RX 580's back then and sold 2 in the past 3 months, and still have one for myself. The RX 570 I had I sold through.
It's funny, I realized back in Q1 2020 that if I had a million dollars to buy a ton of these and then rake in the money when the electronic supply chain collapsed. I did have that premonition yet of course I had no one to help me buy that much tech in advance, hold and wait, and hope. Yet then again, COVID-19 is the world's way of saying, our government controls you, and your choices.
Fast forward 1 year, here we are and I can't get a decent graphics cards. Who do I blame? No one. Live without it I say and let's get back to books and off the grid. Screw the oligarchies and government control freaks who don't know how to do shit without a lobbyist to tell them which way the wind is blowing and the sun is shining.
For me, I just love a decent video card at a good price. Get back to that and I'll be happy.
