In the past 2 years, the blockchain phenomenon has been astounding. From the initial application usage of it by Bitcoin and now to other application opportunities, one can only guess where successes might be today.
A blockchain for Bitcoin is easy. The message format is easy. FROM, TO, AMOUNT, HASH CODE
A blockchain for an application like a government database might be a little more complicated and could lead to database bloat.
I wonder what publicly available blockchain applications exist today and we don't know it yet.
Plus, if the application blockchain needs adjustment, is there a hard fork or just a modification and expansion plan.
here is my idea:
The application specification of blockchain could/would be:ABOUT WHOM, WHAT, WHEN, HASH
I just really wonder if there are implementations that are terribly bulky and crazy to house internally as well as externally on any type of network/transit feasibly that has great performance.
more to come..
