Its seems like everything now goes on sale for a federal holiday.
Computers - cool
Electronics - very cool
Housing - that's a new one, early move in and move out offers
Furniture - i guess that goes along with housing changes
Cars - well, i am more of an end of year, red tag, savings to get off inventory shopper
Home Repairs - necessary and must pay close attention to all things; roof, windows, gutters, floors, carpet, kitchen, laundry room, doors, locks, landscape...
Auto Repairs - safety first, tires, brakes, struts, shocks, 4x4 cv boots, windshield wipers, transmission...
Well, for me, I looked at all of it, and considered options for the short and long term present future needs.
Remember, "needs" not "wants". I got what I want and need. If I need it, time to go shopping with savings.
I keep my repair parts to a limited supply especially with pricing volatility, yet then again, the supply volatility is even worse now. I have to reconsider the supply chain gaps and steep price increases now in middle category items. I do keep close basic things, power supplies, ram, hard drives, very limited yet very needed.
