In the last 4 days, I had to recover some 277GB of data from an accidental robocopy command (extra data being removed situation), command source was right, the destination folder was wrong.
Well, to tell you the truth, we don't know the destination loss accurately yet we had to guess, yet the sub folders were 69GB and 62GB respectively, yet that did not add up to 272GB on the root folder? why? I have no clue, yet I can tell you this, the client won't be messing up the robocopy command again.
Though I taught them right, then tried it, and got it wrong, and to stop the error, well, GDBS was excellent to help.
I have been using Runtime Software data recovery for nearly 15 years and it works; yes I have professional and technical licenses for what I do, and it just works.
