Exchange calendar sharing via Outlook - still not simplified enough

Over the past few weeks, I have had to help some with calendar sharing on Exchange 2016 via Outlook and its not easy. Its a royal pain unless you have all the permissions to do what is necessary.
If you are not the server administrator, well, you are screwed to fix some permission propagation bugs.
Anyhow, enjoy Exchange for as long as it last. I hope it dies sooner than later.
