Managed global accounts for Microsoft, Adobe, Box, etc

When you have a group or a team and you need to switch them from single client licenses to group managed administrator based licenses, its good to just create a global administrator account for your business at the major providers, and then put your team underneath that global accounts, email based.
It's easier for management (add, modify, remove, re-assign), and also for billing.
Microsoft Office 365 does a great job at that and Adobe does too. Box Enterprise does a fantastic job yet the permissions related file structure and management is a little goofy.
