When you have a group of folks working on improving their order management and administration, a quick series of brainstorming and discussion meetings via zoom, teams, or gotomeeting, just works. The process to improve next steps is quite easy. Plan the work, work the plan.
Remember if possible to leverage your existing CRM and ERP systems if you can without creating a new system.
Sometimes we all have to learn to crawl, then walk; together --- before we can run together.
