Windows 10 bad image message - why cannot Microsoft just issue their own repair automatically

I had the chance to review Microsoft's response to bad image errors, and it was pretty generic and yet should be automatic when sensed. I thought their OS had an AI and could issue this repair automatically, apparently not.
Do the following or just skip to the repair health part ( you must be administrator at the command prompt):
sfc /scannow
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
DISM.exe /online /cleanup-image /startcomponentcleanup
ps. I thought Microsoft had gone back in time as well, since automatic repair should include this. It appears not to be so. *ahem idiots *
