									Work Order Goal: 
Clear concise consistent details in work & tasks completed. 
		
Instructions: 
Enter and select the work done. the insert and remove in the antivirus area is a little tricky. be sure to specify 32/64 bit. we capture PID label information because it scratches off or the labels get torn over time. easier to reload an OS with the information saved. staff and technicians would usually leave out this information if it was redundant or a repeat customer, but the owner usually liked it always in there. 

Usage / Steps:
Click, select, enter information on the left, and click MTN Style (stdout) at the top to rebuilt the output to copy and paste into invoicing form. use the create output to see the raw detail, and click the debug checkbox at the bottom to see the actual code in case you change the javascript and screw it up and don't know why or what happened. Usually passwords were not entered except IP addresses, Gateways, Subnets if they were static.

Integration:
We would take the work order from / paper format to electronic and feed quickbooks and create invoices was cool.

Tips:
C&I = Clean and Inspect
S&O = Streamline and Optimize
FFS/FR = Fix file system / fix registry

Hours worked is contact time, not bench time. Hours billable is usually 1/2 that worked time relative to billing rate.
