If you are like me, you are always working on projects in production environments; of many sizes from a few hours to a few days, to a few weeks and months.
The scope and size of projects vary in both terms of size, scale, cost, risk and reward.
Make sure if your instincts tell you to do something -- follow it. Do not procrastinate.
